Some jobs pay by the mile. This one pays you for the work you do.

Along with competitive mileage pay, you'll earn unload pay, backhaul pay, weekly load bonuses, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus-all while running a dedicated regional account with weekly home time.

What You Can Expect

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Drivers near Philadelphia or Front Royal, VA may have additional home time opportunities
• Average 1,500 miles per week
• Dedicated regional freight throughout VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV
• 100% touch freight with live unloads
• 1–6 stops per trailer
• Paid training: 1-week ride-along at $150/day

Pay Package

• Average $1,300+ per week
• Top 20% earn up to $2,000 weekly
• Average $1.30 all-in pay (CPM + accessorial pay)
• $265 per full trailer unload
• $125 weekly for completing 3 or more loads
• $35 per backhaul
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Your Schedule

This account operates year-round, so flexibility is important.

• Minimum 3 loads each week
• Night driving required
• Weekend deliveries are part of the schedule when they fall within your workweek

Sign-On Bonus Breakdown

Receive your $2,500 bonus over your first 180 days:

• First Load — $250
• 30 Days — $250
• 60 Days — $250
• 90 Days — $500
• 120 Days — $250
• 150 Days — $250
• 180 Days — $750

Drivers must be actively employed on each payout date. Bonus terms apply.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 36 months
• Doubles endorsement required
• Hard backing experience
• Physically able to perform live unloads
• Strong customer service skills
• Bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Not SAP Friendly
