A high percentage of drop-and-hook freight reduces unnecessary delays, while weekly home time gives drivers a dependable schedule.The Route: Regional drivers generally spend 5–7 days on the road before returning home each week. Additional compensation includes layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, multi-stop pay of $15 per stop after the first, and annual safety bonuses.Consistent freight availability supports steady weekly earnings, while the regional schedule provides regular opportunities to return home following 5–7 days on the road.Your Equipment: Drivers operate International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks with 10-speed manual transmissions. Each truck includes a 1,500-watt inverter and Opti-idle system to support cab comfort while reducing unnecessary engine idling.Assigned truckNo routine slip seatingTake-home option with approved secure parkingInverter and Opti-idle includedDriver Support: EZ Pass and toll cards are provided to simplify travel through regional operating areas. Comm Data fuel cards are also included, and drivers have access to 24-hour dispatch support while working their routes.
