Routes do not run into NYC.Equipment You Can Count OnDrivers operate Kenworth T680 automatic trucks equipped with Smart Idle, 1500-watt inverters, double bunks, bunk heaters, and brand-new mattresses.Smart Idle and 1500-watt invertersDouble bunks and bunk heatersBrand-new mattressesThese trucks are serviced every six months to help reduce downtime and keep equipment operating reliably.Compensation Doesn't Stop at MileageIn addition to mileage pay, drivers have access to several earning opportunities and programs:Detention pay: $16/hour after 2 hoursLayover pay: $125 per day after 48 hoursHoliday pay: $60 per dayOptional Hazmat opportunitiesPer diem availableBenefitsUnited Healthcare starts after 60 days401(k) with company match through Fidelity begins after 90 daysPaid orientation is includedOrientation is 3 days long and held in Joplin, Dallas, or Atlanta.
