Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.Paid orientation at $100 per dayQuarterly raises tied to performanceGuaranteed pay after 30 daysDrivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.Equipment & FreightDrivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) with driver-focused equipment including:Automatic transmissionAPU and inverterVoice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel releaseFreight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities. Operating lanes cover the Midwest and Eastern United States.Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established lanes.Home TimeDrivers receive home weekly scheduling.
