CDL-A Regional Driver – Up to $31.00/Hr + $2, 000 Summer Bonus

Class A CDL Dedicated Driver | Earn $2,102–$2,570/Wk + Hourly Pay w/ OT 

Looking for a high-paying regional route with hourly pay, overtime, and weekly home time? We are hiring dedicated drivers for retail runs originating out of Ridgefield, WA. Great fit for drivers who like staying active on the job!

• Weekly Pay (1+ Yr Exp): $2,102 average gross ($109,320 annual target)
• Top 10% Earners: Up to $2,570 per week ($133,640 annual target)
• Hourly Pay Scale: $29.00–$30.50/hr (0–48 mos) | $31.00/hr (49+ mos) + Overtime pay after 40 hours
• Incentive Money: Safe & On-Time Bonus + Up to $2,000 Summer Retention Bonus
• Route Footprint: Runs regional loops from Ridgefield, WA across WA, OR, ID, and Western MT (~2–4 loads/week, 3–4 stops per load)
• Unload Setup: Hand unloads using store roller.

• Home Time & Shifts: 34-hour weekly reset (flexible day/night dispatches; holiday reset windows may vary)

• Parking Setup: Park at home if living 50+ miles from the Ridgefield hub

Driver Qualifications & Hiring Criteria

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months.
• License & Fitness: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and physical capability to handle manual offloads using store rollers
• Background Check: Satisfactory MVR and background history. Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening (hair & urine).
