CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver – Home Weekly + $2, 500 Bonus

Looking for steady miles and regular weekly home time out of Newton, NC? We are hiring dependable Class A regional drivers for a dedicated retail account. Enjoy a $2,500 sign-on bonus, great drop-and-hook percentages, and predictable weekly earnings.

Pay & Bonus

• Weekly Pay: Average $1,000 to $1,200 gross per week
• Yearly Potential: Earn up to $55,000 annually
• Experience CPM: Starting at $0.51/mile (0–1 yr) up to $0.54/mile (3–4 yrs)
• Training Pay: $100 per day during your 1–2 day ride-along training period
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total bonus paid out across milestones up to 180 days

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home multiple times a week with standard 34-hour weekly resets at home
• Work Shift: 50% night driving required; weekends and holidays are regular working days (except Christmas)
• Weekly Volume: Average 2,300 miles and about 4 loads weekly (loads dispatch between 0800–2359)

Freight & Equipment

• Operation: Dry freight that is 90% drop-and-hook and only 10% live unload (no-touch freight)
• Coverage Lanes: Deliveries across NC, VA, MD, and TN (all stores within 400 miles of the Newton DC)
• Truck Fleet: Modern late-model equipment including Internationals, Freightliners, and Kenworths
