CDL A Regional Flatbed Driver | $28 $32/hr + OT | Direct Hire

TradeWorX is recruiting an experienced CDL Class A Flatbed Driver for a direct-hire opportunity offering $28–$32/hour plus overtime, approximately 50–60 hours per week, employer-provided benefits, and regional work primarily throughout Pennsylvania. This is a hands-on flatbed/equipment-hauling position for a driver who knows load securement, is comfortable loading and unloading equipment, and wants consistent hours with overtime potential.

Pay & Overtime:

• $28–$32/hour based on experience
• Approximately 50–60 hours per week
• Overtime as needed
• Per diem and travel accommodations available for qualifying out-of-town travel

Schedule:

• Regional driving primarily throughout Southwestern and Northeastern Pennsylvania
• Travel generally within an approximately 300-mile operating radius
• Variable start times based on operational needs
• Weekend availability and some overnight travel required
• Approximately 50–60 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Haul valves, equipment, and related materials using flatbed/step-deck equipment
• Properly secure and control loads for safe transportation
• Load and unload equipment and materials as required
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and related equipment
• Operate day cab equipment with AutoShift and potentially manual transmission
• Complete regional routes and qualifying overnight travel based on operational needs

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years of Class A driving experience
• Minimum 3 years of flatbed driving experience
• Demonstrated flatbed load-securement experience
• Previous forklift, crane, and equipment-operation experience
• Ability to work variable starts, overtime, weekends, and required overnight travel

Additional Qualifications:

• Clean MVR preferred, with no more than one moving violation or accident
• Current DOT medical card preferred
• Automatic restriction is acceptable
• Manual transmission capability is a plus but not required
