CDL-A Regional Hazmat Tanker Driver – $1, 200–$1, 800/Week

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL Hazmat Tanker Drivers for a regional liquid tanker position based in Houston, TX. This opportunity offers dedicated customer freight, consistent dispatch, competitive weekly earnings, and late-model equipment.

Drivers primarily operate regional and Midwest routes while transporting general chemical products. Longer runs are available for drivers looking to maximize their earnings.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,800
• Pay based on CPM, load/unload pay, and verified experience
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,200–2,500
• Driver Referral Bonus:
  • $750 after hire
  • $750 after 90 days
• Weekly direct deposit

Home Time & Schedule

• Typical time out: 7–10 days
• Extended Canada runs may last up to 14 days
• Flexible scheduling available for drivers who prefer staying out longer
• Consistent regional dispatch from Houston

Job Responsibilities

• Safely transport liquid tanker freight for dedicated customers
• Operate regional routes throughout:
  • Oklahoma
  • Kansas
  • Missouri
  • Wisconsin
  • Illinois
  • Indiana
  • Kentucky
  • Tennessee
  • Michigan
  • Canada (when applicable)
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT, Hazmat, and FMCSA compliance
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule

Equipment

• 2019 and newer Mack, Volvo, and International tractors
• Manual and automatic transmission options
• Governed at 65 MPH (pedal) / 68 MPH (cruise)
• Home or approved truck parking available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Tanker endorsement required
• Hazmat endorsement required
• TWIC card required
• Passport preferred for Canadian freight
• Minimum 6 months of liquid tanker experienceor24 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong safety record and professional attitude
