We're now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Odessa, TX. This position offers steady freight, strong weekly pay, and consistent home time—ideal for drivers who want to stay active and keep miles rolling.

• Driver Type: Solo

• Status: Active

• Openings: 3

• Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset)

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500

• Top Weekly Pay: $1,700

• Average Annual: $78,000

• Top Annual: $88,400

Job Details

• Miles: ~2,000 per week

• Loads: 2–3 per week

• Stops: 2–6 per load

• Freight: Dry freight, hand unload using gravity rollers

  • Paid for every unload

• Trucks may be taken home if parked in a secure, manager-approved location

 Schedule

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset

• Reset day may vary based on freight demand

 Pay & Bonuses

• CPM pay

• Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus — up to 3% of mileage pay

 Equipment

• Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks

• 53' dry van trailers

• Top-of-the-line automatic transmission trucks

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
• Drivers should live within a specific radius, for assistance, Todd 404.665.36.14, he'll help
• No SAP drivers or recent CDL school graduate
