Key details:

  • Region: All states west of the Mississippi.
  • Schedule: Day or night shifts; bi‑weekly home time with a minimum 34‑hour reset.
  • Mileage: Average ~2,300 miles per week; majority drop‑and‑hook operations with company‑maintained 53' dry vans.
  • Orientation & training: One‑day paid orientation. Drivers with <6 months’ experience ride with a trainer until qualified (typically 4–6 weeks).

Compensation & benefits:

  • $1,000–$1,200 per week (varies by miles and experience)
  • Trainee pay: approx. $680 per week during training (typically 4–6 weeks).
  • Per‑mile pay after training: $0.43–$0.71 (varies by experience).
