CDL A Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, both experienced and recent CDL school graduates, to join our team running 100% no-touch reefer freight throughout the Western 11 Region. New drivers will begin with 4–6 weeks of OTR training alongside an experienced trainer before transitioning to independent regional runs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200–$1,300 per week
• $0.51 per mile
• Training pay: $850 per week for 4–6 weeks (for drivers with under 6 months of experience)
• $15 per stop pay
• Monthly bonus opportunities

Job Details

• Runs cover the Western 11 Region
• 100% no-touch freight using 53' reefer trailers
• New or less-experienced drivers (under 6 months) run 4–6 weeks OTR with a trainer before operating independently
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset
• Drivers must be willing to drive during day or night hours
• Typical miles: 1,800–2,200 per week

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason
• Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained gaps outside of school or training; at least 6 months of work in the last year and 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
