We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a regional refrigerated grocery fleet based in Shelbyville, Indiana. This position offers weekly home time, consistent miles, competitive pay, and late-model automatic equipment.
Drivers with at least 6 months of recent Class A CDL experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay & Compensation
Average Weekly Pay: $1,600–$1,700+
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Mileage pay plus:
Stop Pay
Load Pay
Detention Pay
Performance-based mileage increase after one year
Sign-On Bonus up to $7,500 (paid in installments based on performance and tenure)
Home Time & Schedule
Home Weekly with a 34-hour reset
Regional routes throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio
Weekend home time not guaranteed
Consistent year-round freight
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
Haul refrigerated grocery freight throughout the Midwest
Use a pallet jack and assist with unloading when required
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logs
Deliver freight safely and on time
Equipment
Late-model sleeper tractors (2023 and newer)
Freightliner and International trucks
Automatic transmissions
APUs and inverters
Outward-facing safety cameras
Electronic logging devices (ELD)
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
Must be at least 21 years old
No endorsements required
Valid DOT Medical Card
Must meet DOT and company hiring standards
Must live within approximately 120 miles of Shelbyville, IN
