CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Refrigerated Freight (Trainees Welcome)

We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a regional refrigerated fleet operating throughout the Western and North Central United States. This position offers consistent freight, long-haul miles, competitive pay, and flexible home time.

Recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,600+
• Mileage Pay: $0.51–$0.62 CPM (based on experience)
• Average Weekly Miles: 2,600–2,800
• $25 Stop Pay
• Consistent year-round freight
• Weekly pay

Home Time

• Flexible home time options
• Weekly 34-hour reset or every two weeks, depending on freight and location
• Day and night driving available
• Weekend driving required
• Holiday work may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer
• Haul refrigerated freight on regional routes
• Complete live unload and preloaded deliveries
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and electronic logs
• Deliver freight safely and on time

• Refrigerated (reefer) freight
• No driver unload
• Preloaded trailers
• Live unload deliveries
• Long-haul regional routes with consistent miles
• Primary freight lane operates between the Midwest and Mountain West with return freight throughout the region

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL graduates welcome
• Experienced drivers encouraged to apply
• No endorsements required
• Must be willing to operate day or night shifts
• Must be comfortable with regional driving, including winter weather conditions
• Must meet DOT and company hiring standards
