CDL-A Regional Truck Driver – Utica, NY

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and safety-driven CDL-A Regional Truck Driver to join our Utica, NY domicile team. This is a dedicated regional position operating primarily along the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic corridors, including the New York Thruway (I-90), I-81, I-87, and I-88, with frequent runs into Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. You will haul no-touch freight, primarily dry van, with an emphasis on on-time delivery and safe, compliant driving.

Minimum Qualifications (Strict Safety Gate)

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience (must be recent, within the last 3 years).
• Clean MVR and PSP record: no more than 1 preventable accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• Zero DUIs or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years.
• Valid Class A CDL with medical card; no automatic transmission restriction preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Local Corridor Focus

This position is designed for drivers who live in or near the Utica, Rome, or Herkimer area. Our primary lanes include:

• I-90 corridor: Utica to Buffalo and Albany, with regular drops in Syracuse and Rochester.
• I-81 corridor: North to Watertown and the Canadian border area; south to Binghamton and into Scranton, PA.
• I-88 corridor: East to Albany and the I-87 junction, then down to the Newburgh area.
• Secondary runs: I-84 into Connecticut and Massachusetts, with occasional overnight runs to the Allentown, PA area.

Daily Expectations

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections – you are the first line of safety.
• Electronic logging (ELD) – we run fully compliant, no forced dispatch beyond hours.
• Communication with
