Position Overview

JAM Best One Fleet Service is seeking a highly motivated CDL-A Route Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Route Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safely transporting and delivering goods to our various locations throughout Ohio and Michigan. Your responsibilities will include operating a commercial motor vehicle, conducting necessary inspections, loading/unloading products, adhering to traffic regulations, planning efficient routes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. Requirements:

• Must have a valid CDL-A license
• Proven experience as a professional CDL-A driver, preferably in a route delivery role
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations
• Excellent map reading and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• High degree of reliability, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting delivery schedules
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
