Since 1922, Superior Beverage Group has kept Northeastern and Central Ohio refreshed. As a CDL-A Route Operations Driver, you’ll ensure beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages arrive safely, on time, and presented right—every day.

What you’ll take on

  • Drive local, planned routes using maps and GPS; stick to timelines.
  • Engage with store teams; confirm orders, collect payments, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Rotate stock for freshness and shelf appeal; complete accurate driver logs and end-of-day paperwork.
  • Perform detailed pre- and post-trip inspections to keep equipment road-ready.

Your work environment

  • Active, hands-on deliveries with frequent bending, twisting, and truck entry/exit.
  • Lift/move kegs up to 168–170 lbs and cases roughly 35–40 lbs with a dolly.
  • Operate in all weather conditions; we provide gloves and safety gear.
  • Clean, organized facilities and vehicles; temperature-controlled areas for loading, check-in, and breaks.

Schedule, pay, and benefits

  • $25.00/hr and up with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Monday–Friday, first shift—your weekends are free.
  • Home daily with local delivery routes.

What you bring

  • Valid CDL Class A and a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • Math accuracy for payment collection.
  • Experience with forklifts and equipment dollies.
  • Comfort working outdoors in all seasons.
  • Proficiencies: DOT Medical Card, Driver’s License, Customer Service, Loading/Unloading Vehicles, Current CDL License, Meets Physical Requirements.
