CDL-A Route Operations Driver

- Pay structure: $60 per load (paid per load)

What you'll do
- Operate Class A trucks safely to deliver goods to designated locations.
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections for compliance.
- Keep accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Follow all traffic laws and company operating policies.
- Coordinate with dispatch regarding schedules and any delivery issues.
- Assist with cargo loading and unloading as needed.
- Deliver courteous, professional customer service at every stop.
What you bring
- Active Class A CDL; clean driving history.
- Minimum 2 years of verified Class A driving experience.
- Strong understanding of DOT rules and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Capable of lifting heavy items; comfortable with physical tasks.
Required compliance
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
