CDL A School Graduate - Regional Truck Driver

Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a reliable weekly paycheck, and a comprehensive benefits package effective from day one. This opportunity is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support as they begin their trucking career.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.

• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time, primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Drivers are assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
• Employment type: Stable W‑2 employment with consistent freight and an operations team focused on supporting drivers as they develop safe, productive careers.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid CDL‑A.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
• Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.

The position supports drivers operating out of the Fort Wayne area and surrounding Midwest routes, providing modern equipment and full support during the transition from training to regular regional operations.
