Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in Indianapolis, IN. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a competitive weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package from day one. - Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

- Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.

Minimum qualifications
- Valid CDL‑A license.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
- Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
