Our company is recruiting CDL-A truck drivers with little or no experience to join our regional fleet based in Jacksonville, Florida. With consistent freight and mileage, our routes offer regular weekly home time, a competitive weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package from day one. This opportunity is well suited to recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full support as they begin their trucking career.

  • Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Valid CDL-A license.
  • Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
  • Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Ability to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
