Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join our regional fleet based in Orlando, FL. With consistent freight and mileage, these routes offer regular weekly home time, a reliable weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package from day one. This position is intended for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full operational support in their trucking career.
- Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (direct deposit every Friday).

Paid training:
- Fully paid three‑ to five‑week training program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
Schedule and equipment:
- Regional routes centered in Orlando, FL, with regular weekly home time.
- Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook.
- Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Minimum qualifications:
- Valid CDL‑A license.
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
- Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Must meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
