Job Description
- Loader/Driver (Local) SIGN-ON BONUS $2,500
- Safely and efficiently load milk products onto trailers using proper equipment and techniques.
- Ensure all loads are completed on time and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate with dispatch to plan routes and report any delays or issues.
- Inspect and maintain trucks and equipment daily.
- Follow all food safety and handling protocols to ensure milk quality and safety.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Represent the company professionally and courteously, maintaining positive relationships with farmers and customers.
- Adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations related to transportation and dairy production.
- Ensure safe milk handling practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
