Compensation and training

  • $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post‑upgrade.
  • Mileage pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months following training completion.

Minimum qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
  • No prior over‑the‑road experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) medical and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional and safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
