Compensation and training

Primary responsibilities
Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and in accordance with assigned routes and schedules.
Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and required driver logs accurately.
Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours‑of‑service requirements.
Follow mentor instruction during the training period and demonstrate progressive proficiency to qualify for solo operations.
Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
Minimum qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
No prior over‑the‑road experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to meet U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) medical and regulatory requirements.
Professional and safe driving record in accordance with company policy.
