- Compensation and training
- 4-week paid mentorship: Paid, one-on-one training with an experienced mentor.
- Solo pay after upgrade: $0.55 per mile; typical weekly mileage averages 2,500 miles (approximately $1,375–$1,550 per week), plus safety and performance bonuses.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post-upgrade.
- Mileage pay increases at 3, 6, and 12 months following training completion.

Primary responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and in accordance with assigned routes and schedules.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and required driver logs accurately.
- Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements.
- Follow mentor instruction during the training period and demonstrate progressive proficiency to qualify for solo operations.
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- No prior over-the-road experience required; recent graduates are welcome.
