CDL-A Truck Driver | $0.70–$0.80 CPM | Home Daily or Weekly | No-Touch Reefer

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a growing refrigerated account based out of Aurora, CO. This position offers flexible home time options, consistent miles, and modern equipment. Drivers run no-touch reefer freight across Colorado and surrounding states.

Pay & Compensation:

• $0.70–$0.80 CPM (based on experience)
• $17 per stop (avg. 13 stops/week)
• Detention pay: $24/hour after 2 hours (up to $150)
• Average weekly pay: $1,450–$1,580+
• $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus (Nov–Mar)
• Up to 3% safety and performance bonus

Home Time Options:

• Local (within 50 miles): Home daily (occasional overnights during surge)
• Regional (50–100 miles): Home weekly with frequent pass-through opportunities

Schedule:

• 24/7 operation with flexible start times
• No set schedule (mix of shifts)
• 70-hour work week

Freight Details:

• 100% no-touch refrigerated freight
• Mix of drop & hook, live load/unload, and multi-stop loads
• Average 1,700 miles per week
• Running area: Colorado, Southern Wyoming, Eastern Utah
• Reefer training provided
• Trucks must be parked at Aurora, CO terminal (cannot be taken home)
