LOCATED IN PITTSTON, PA

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service
• Maintains DOT travel logs according to federal and state regulations such as a pre and post-trip safety report, 7day/60 hour log, fuel trip logs and fuel cards
• Operates tractor trailer or flatbed truck to deliver/pick up cargo
• Loads, secures, and unloads cargo
• Tarps cargo in inclement weather
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and presentation
• Other duties as assigned by your manager

Work Environment and Physical Demands::

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs; 8-10 times per day on average, not limited to. Actual amount will depend on the number of stops for that day.
• Must be able to apply force to tension/strap bar to secure load, at each stop.
• Must be able to ascend/descend in a tractor-trailer cab and flatbed trailer, at each stop.
• Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.

1+ years verifiable Flatbed experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

• Communication skills with dispatch.
• Have a valid CDL Class A drivers license.
