Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Company Driver & Lease Operator Positions – Now Hiring | Anderson Trucking Service

Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) is now hiring experienced Flatbed Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) drivers for Company Driver and Lease Operator positions. Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least six months of verifiable Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience.

Company Driver Compensation and Benefits

Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Company Drivers can earn $1,700–$2,400 per week, including:

• 26% of the line-haul, with a guaranteed minimum Cents Per Mile (CPM) rate
• Starting rate of 70 CPM plus accessorial pay, with increases based on tenure with ATS
• Average pay of 89 CPM
• $2,500 orientation completion bonus
• $1,500 paid on first settlement, plus an additional $1,000 after 30 days

Lease Operator Opportunity

Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Lease Operators can gross $5,700–$8,000 per week, including:

• Take-home pay of $2,100–$3,900 per week after expenses
• $3,000 sign-on bonus*
• No money down and no credit check required
• Average truck payments of $550–$705 per week
• Choice of one-, two-, or three-year lease terms
• Access to 2023–2027 model year Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Volvo tractors
• Fuel discounts and two weeks with no fixed expenses
• Completion bonuses after Year One and Year Two

Flatbed Short- and Long-Term Lease Options

• Short-term lease: 1-year term, no money down, no credit check, $4,000 completion bonus
• Long-term lease: 4-year term, includes Auxiliary Power Unit (APU), no credit check required

Minimum Qualifications – Experienced Drivers Required

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of six months of verifiable OTR driving experience
• Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements with a stable driving history
• No safety terminations within the past 12 months
• No truck abandonments within the past 36 months
• No preventable DOT accidents within the past 24 months
