We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated local grocery account based in Perryville, MD. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent routes, and daily home time. Drivers handle store deliveries using electric pallet jacks.
Pay & Compensation:
$0.50–$0.54 CPM (based on experience)
$20 per stop
$55 per load
$150 weekly supplemental pay
$50 metro pay for NY store deliveries
Average weekly pay: $1,700
Top earners: $2,100+ per week
Annual average: $89,000+
Home Time & Schedule:
Home daily
Shift start times: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Operation runs 7 days per week
Freight Details:
Dedicated grocery delivery
Multi-temperature reefer trailers
Store deliveries (pallets to store rooms)
Driver unload required using electric pallet jack
Multiple stops per route
Average 1,600 miles per week
Reload returns and transport back to distribution center
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to handle freight up to 75 lbs
Reliable transportation required (trucks cannot be taken home)
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
Must have minimum 3 months' experience driving a tractor-trailer in the last 12 months
