Driver Pay Rates:
$225 - $245 per day, depending on experience
Paid Lumpers: Some driver unload available but not mandatory
Breakdown Pay: $12/hour (after 4 hours in shop, up to 10 hours)
Orientation Pay: $600 (upon completion of orientation)

Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:

Running Region- Within 250-300 miles of Pilgrim's plant operations in each location.
Plant Location: Russellville, AL
Hours and Days: 8 to 14 hours a day; Length of day varies depending on plant needs, plant changes and driver capacity.
Start Times: Vary by location
Home Time Home most nights, may be out 1-2 nights per week.
