CDL A Local Route Driver | $24/Hr | Chattanooga, TN
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Local Route Driver to support local operations based in Chattanooga, TN.
Job Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday- 9:30 pm start time
Pay: $24/hour
Duties: Route Driver loading the trailer up, driving to our ATL depot, dropping carts off, reloading carts with sealed soiled linen and bringing them back to the Chattanooga facility and unloading
Freight / Load Type: Linen
Equipment: Tractor Trailer
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Strong disposition for positive customer service, strong verbal communication skills
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Will work in all types of weather conditions
Responsibilities:
Safely operate equipment
Communication with the public
Completion of all paperwork, reports, and other documentation
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
