CDL-A Truck Driver - Northeast Regional

We are currently seeking dedicated and professional CDL-A Truck Drivers for our Northeast Regional routes. Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over Northeast regional routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Transport dry van and refrigerated freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation required by company policy and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) and company safety policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading freight when necessary to meet delivery schedules.
• Report any vehicle mechanical issues or accidents promptly to management.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CDL-A truck driving experience.
• Ability to operate dry van and refrigerated trailer equipment.
• Good knowledge of Northeast regional routes and regulations.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays as required.

Benefits

Base pay is 70c a mile for a 2 years driver. Pay scales with experience, flexibility and availability to deliver into NYC.

$2500 referral bonus for referring other drivers.
$100 bonus per trip into NYC.
$50 Stop-Off bonus.
$25/hr for non self-inflicted detentions.
