Pay & Compensation
Weekly Earnings: $1,130 – $1,400 average weekly gross.
Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty).
Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00/hour.
Onboarding: Paid orientation program included.
Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady, year-round volume.
Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: Home weekly for your full 34-hour reset period.
Operating Area: Regional routes running through the Northwestern states, leveraging a well-established lane network.
Consistency: Predictable dispatch, steady workload, and reliable 24/7 fleet support.

Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook loads within an established network.
Equipment: Latest model Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.

Minimum Requirements
License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
