Add $17 per stop (averaging 13 stops weekly), up to 3% bonus for safe on-time deliveries, and a $1,000 winter mountain driving bonus from November to March.Steady Dedicated Grocery Lanes: Haul 100% refrigerated freight on consistent routes. Freight moves around the clock with schedules including nights, evenings, or early mornings. Run 1-3 multi-stop loads daily (mountain runs typically one load per day) with a mix of live load/unload and drop & hook.Mountain-Ready Equipment: Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadias less than 3 years old equipped with automatic chaining systems.
