CDL A Truck Driver Trainee - Paid Training

Recently obtained a Class A CDL? 10-4 Logistics is recruiting recent CDL Class A graduates to join our regional fleet based in Norfolk, VA, serving the Eastern U.S. We provide paid, over-the-road finish training and offer tuition reimbursement to assist with repayment of training expenses.

• Training Focus / What You Will Learn:
  • Advanced backing and tight-quarters maneuvering in East Coast urban and port environments, including Hampton Roads area operations.
  • Electronic Logging Device (ELD) operation and full compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service (HOS) rules.
  • Safe and efficient operation of late-model diesel equipment (2024–2026).

• Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL obtained from an accredited driving school (minimum 120 hours).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Commitment to safety and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance.
