To protect our fleet and your future, we enforce a strict baseline. You must present verifiable proof of at least three (3) consecutive months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience. No exceptions. No "recent graduates with a permit" loopholes. Your experience must be documented and confirmable through prior employer records or motor carrier inquiry.

Safety Gate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

We engineer our hiring around risk reduction. Your driving history must pass the following gates:

• Zero (0) DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the past five (5) years.
• No more than one (1) preventable accident in the past two (2) years.
• No more than two (2) moving violations in the past two (2) years.

Compensation Structure (Weekly Scale)

We pay for performance, not promises. Your weekly earnings are designed to scale toward a $1,750 ceiling, based on verified dispatched miles, safe operation bonuses, and on-time compliance metrics. This is a realistic target for a focused operator who runs consistent, legal hours. No bait-and-switch. No "unlimited" fantasy numbers. Just a solid, attainable scale.

• Base pay per dispatched mile (competitive for the Salt Lake market)
