Cornerstone Driver Solutions is recruiting qualified CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Yard Jockey position supporting a major candy manufacturing operation in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Get home every day, work a unique 3.5-days-on / 3.5-days-off rotation, and earn an average of $1,176 per week in a dedicated yard position in Hershey, PA.
This isn't your typical CDL job.
You won't be spending your week crossing state lines or living in a sleeper cab. You'll report to the facility, perform your yard-driving responsibilities, and go home after your shift.
And perhaps most importantly:
The biggest advantage of this position is the rotating schedule.
You'll work approximately 3.5 days, followed by approximately 3.5 days off.
That means more consecutive time to spend on the things that matter outside of work.

This is a rotating schedule, not a traditional Monday–Friday schedule.
The rotation includes one weekend day as part of the work schedule, and your exact workdays and shift assignment are determined by facility operations.

This is a true home-daily yard position.
You report to the Hershey-area facility for your assigned shift, perform your yard duties, and return home when your shift is complete.
You won't be:
Instead, you'll spend your workday moving and positioning trailers within the facility yard.
Then you go home.
This is a yard-focused CDL-A position.
Your primary responsibility is safely moving trailers and equipment around the facility.

Shift assignments are based on facility needs and available positions.
Drivers must be comfortable working their assigned shift and maintaining reliable attendance throughout their rotation.
This position uses an hourly compensation structure.
Actual earnings may vary depending on hours worked, overtime eligibility, assigned schedule, and applicable compensation policies.
