About the Position

We are seeking a CDL B Box Truck Driver for a local delivery position serving retail stores, residential areas, and warehouses. Drivers will transport pool supplies on manageable routes within approximately five hours of Albany. No New York City deliveries are required.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $26-$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Average weekly pay: $1,400
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Typical workday: 8-12 hours
• Hours per week: 40
• Employment type: Temp to perm

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL B box truck on local delivery routes.
• Deliver pool supplies to retail, residential, and warehouse locations.
• Complete approximately 12 deliveries per day.
• Unload freight using lift-gate equipment.
• Follow all applicable safety, traffic, and transportation regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous service at each delivery location.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class B.
• 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Required HAZ endorsement.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
