CDL B Driver | $29.38 Per Hour | Allentown, PATransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support local operations for our client based in Allentown, PA.
CDL B Driver Details
- Schedule: 7 day operation, driver will work 4-5 days per week
- Pay: $29.38 Per Hour
- Route Type: Local
- Freight / Load Type: Refrigerated and non-refrigerated beverages and food items
- Equipment: Automatic trucks
- Handling: Touch Freight - unload with pallet jack and dolly, some by hand
- License: CDL B
- Experience: 1-2 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Safely operate class B vehicles on local routes
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Perform required handling tasks including unloading with palletjack, dolly and some by hand.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
