Now hiring for a CDL B Driver | Direct Hire

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5 AM to 6 AM Start Time

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a Class B CDL truck on residential waste and recycling collection routes.
• Collect and transport waste or recyclable materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Service residential customers efficiently while following assigned routes.
• Operate various types of collection trucks in congested and residential neighborhoods.
• Navigate tight spaces and confined areas using safe driving practices.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and environmental guidelines.
• Provide courteous customer service while maintaining route schedules.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical job duties throughout the shift.
• Support safe, efficient, and reliable waste collection operations.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-B license
• DOT Medical Card
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR
• 1-year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
