Description
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused CDL B Drivers to join a growing transportation and logistics operation. This role involves operating commercial vehicles in residential and commercial environments, transporting waste and recyclable materials, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Schedule
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexible scheduling required
Overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles in residential and commercial areas, including high-traffic and confined driving environments
Collect, transport, and handle waste and recyclable materials in accordance with safety and operational procedures
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
Travel between office locations and assigned job sites as required
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Report vehicle maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a professional and safety-conscious approach
Required Qualifications
Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one before start date
Minimum 19 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations within the last two years
No disqualifying DUI/OVI offenses
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
Strong commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Previous commercial driving experience
Experience operating vehicles in residential or commercial service routes
Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
