CDL B Driver - Front Load / Roll-OffDirect Hire | Union Position | Home Daily
Inova Staffing is seeking CDL B Drivers to join our client's team operating Front Load or Roll-Off trucks throughout Northeast Ohio. We are looking for safety-focused drivers who enjoy local work, steady hours, and being home every day.Drivers may operate front load routes servicing commercial customers or roll-off routes servicing construction sites, commercial locations, and residential customers.

Schedule

• Early morning start times
• Front Load Routes: Typically 3:00 AM or 4:00 AM starts
• Roll-Off Routes: Typically 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM starts

Front Load Driver Responsibilities

• Service commercial waste containers at restaurants, businesses, and commercial facilities
• Follow established daily routes and route sheets
• Complete approximately 130 stops per day
• Safely maneuver trucks into designated dumpster locations
• Perform frequent backing and tight-space maneuvering
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Roll-Off Driver Responsibilities

• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers
• Service construction sites, commercial customers, and residential locations
• Complete approximately 8-14 stops per day
• Safely place containers in driveways, job sites, and customer locations
• Operate cable-style roll-off equipment
• Utilize automatic tarp systems where applicable
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B or higher
• Manual transmission endorsement required
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to pass license verification and background driving review
• Ability to successfully complete a road test
• Strong backing and maneuvering skills
• Ability to work safely in all weather conditions

• Waste industry experience
• Roll-Off driving
• Front Load driving
• Commercial refuse collection
• Construction hauling
• Dump truck operation
• Local CDL route driving
