About the Position

Our client is seeking a CDL B Route Driver to support local operations in Swedesboro, New Jersey. This dedicated, on-site position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

• Pay: $24 per hour
• Estimated weekly pay: $1,000–$1,300
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Start time: Between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
• Daily schedule: 10–12 hours per day
• Hours per week: 40
• Saturday work: May be available
• Anticipated start date: May 10, 2026

Job Details

• Route type: Local
• Freight: Meats
• Equipment: 26-foot trucks with automatic transmissions
• Handling: Some touch; move palletized products to the tail of the truck. Individual boxes may weigh up to 36 pounds.
• Work setting: Dedicated and on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate 26-foot automatic-transmission trucks.
• Transport meat products in accordance with DOT and safety standards.
• Perform required product-handling duties, including moving pallets to the tail of the truck.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
• 3 years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
