CDL Class A Dedicated Truck Driver

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for a dedicated account serving the Eastern Region: MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY. This role offers predictable, regional dedicated work with reliable home time, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Overview

• Dedicated account with consistent lanes and scheduled stops across the Eastern Region.
• Freight: primarily refrigerated loads with occasional dry van assignments.
• Typical home time: most drivers are home weekly; guaranteed at least every other weekend.
• Schedule designed to provide predictable runs and support reliable home time.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,400–$1,600 per week.
• Starting pay: $0.65–$0.70 per mile, based on experience.
• $75 additional pay for Hazmat loads where applicable.
• Paid weekly; monthly bonus opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.
• Hazmat endorsement required; must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already held.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.
• No major moving violations (e.g., excessive speeding 15+ mph over, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months.
• No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests and not subject to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) return-to-duty requirement.
• Valid DOT medical certificate (updated physical) with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation.
• Applicants terminated from their last two driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.
• Residence requirement: must live within 50 miles of Front Royal, VA; 30 mile of Cumberland, MD, Wilmington, DE, Clinton, NJ, Bethesda, MD, or New Stanton, PA
