THIS POSITION IS BASED IN CEDAR RAPIDS, IA. AND PROVIDES SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS IN THAT REGION.

• NO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL- SLEEP IN YOUR OWN BED @ HOME EVERY DAY/ NIGHT.
• PROVIDES DELIVERY SERVICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS IN THE DES MOINES METROPOLITAN AREA AND CENTRAL IOWA.
• HOURLY RATE- WAGE GUARANTEES.
• Business-to-Business Transactions ONLY.
• Company provided uniforms.
• Company provided safety shoes.
• Well maintained, late model trucks.

The AE Dairy Driver:

• Must have a valid and current CDL Class A .
• Must demonstrate safe driving practices.
• Must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations, company policies and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis and be able to push/ pull heavy carts of product.
• Must learn and employ a system to organize and manage product loads.
• Must prioritize deliveries that meet the needs of our customers no matter the obstacles.
• Must demonstrate customer-focused PROFESSIONALISM in all interactions with customers and the general public.
• Must show enthusiasm for and a strong commitment to the AE Brand.

Compensation and Benefit plans:

• FULL COMPANY BENEFITS STARTING THE 1ST OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
