We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver (Flatbed) to join a transportation team in Claremore, OK. This role is responsible for safely delivering steel products on local routes while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Required Experience & Skills

Valid CDL Class A license REQUIRED
Manual transmission experience required (no automatic restriction)
Clear MVR and DOT driving record
Experience with flatbed steel delivery preferred
Ability to secure loads using boomer chains and straps
Strong attention to safety and detail
Professional communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Transport steel materials safely using a flatbed truck
Secure loads properly using boomer chains, straps, and load securement procedures
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned equipment
Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, inspection logs, and vehicle records
Communicate professionally with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers
Support safe loading and unloading activities as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Work Environment

Local routes only home daily
Day shift schedule with no weekends
No tarping required
Combination of driving, outdoor work, and material handling responsibilities
Safety-sensitive role requiring DOT compliance and PPE adherence when applicable
