Driver will make deliveries of product in rail containers from the ramp/terminal/rail yards in South Gate, CA to customers throughout Southern CA
Driver may occasionally have deliveries to the central valley, but they are rare
Locations in the central valley include:
Bakersfield
Lost Hills
Maricopa
Santa Maria
San Luis Obispo
At the receiver, freight is a mixture of drop/hook and live load/unload
No touch freight
Driver is required to pick up containers at the receiver and return them to the ramp/terminal in South Gate, CA to be railed back across the US for delivery
Special Requirements:
Hazmat is not required, but if the driver chooses to obtain the endorsement the ramp will reimburse the cost
Hazmat loads pay additional

Automatic Day Cabs
Slip seating is required
Smoking is not allowed in trucks
Trucks must remain at the terminal/ramp for time off
