CDL Class A Flatbed Driver - Direct Hire

TradeWorX is recruiting an experienced CDL Class A Flatbed Driver for a direct-hire opportunity supporting operations primarily throughout Southwestern and Northeastern Pennsylvania within an approximately 300-mile radius. This position is best suited for an experienced flatbed driver who is comfortable with variable start times, overtime, weekends, overnight travel, load securement, and hands-on equipment handling.

This is a direct-hire position with benefits provided by the hiring employer, including:

Pay & Overtime:

• Pay: $28-$32/hr based on experience
• Approximately 50–60 hours per week
• Overtime as needed
• Travel accommodation for out-of-town stays

Schedule:

• Variable/fluctuating start times based on operational needs
• Weekend availability required
• Overnight travel required
• Approximately 50–60 hours per week
• Travel primarily within an approximately 300-mile operating radius

Job Duties:

• Haul valves, equipment, and related materials using flatbed/step-deck equipment
• Safely load, unload, and secure loads for transportation
• Operate day cab equipment with AutoShift and potentially manual transmission
• Utilize forklifts, cranes, and other equipment as required
• Complete regional routes and overnight travel based on operational needs
• Maintain safe, reliable transportation practices and load-control standards

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
• Minimum 3 years of flatbed experience
• Previous forklift, crane, and equipment-operation experience required
• Automatic restriction acceptable;manual transmission capability is flexible
• Clean MVR preferred, with no more than one moving violation or accident
• Current DOT medical card preferred
