Job Description:
Position : Lease to Purchase OTR Driver
One year of verifiable experience required
- Compensation: 20% of gross goes to the company (including cargo and trailer).
- Truck Payments: $700 weekly (variable between $500 - $1000).
- Insurance: $200 weekly for PD insurance.
- Escrow: $2500 required, weekly $250 for 10 weeks
Additional Details:
- Incentives: Bonus for clean inspections.
- Home Time: Recommended 2 weeks out, flexible based on the drivers preference.
- Dispatch: No forced dispatch; drivers can choose their driving frequency.
- Freight: Live load/unload, no drop and hook, no touch freight; only dry van loads.
- Equipment: Freightliners (2017-2023); both automatic and manual trucks available.
- Teams: Team drivers are welcome; no dedicated routes.
- Personal Policies: Pets may be allowed, but no passengers.
- Amenities: Company can install APU, inverters, fridge, and sleeper features.
- Pay Schedule: Weekly payments every Friday.
- Pay: Drivers have the freedom to operate on their own schedule, with the potential to earn significant income. For instance, if your weekly gross earnings reach $6,000, after accounting for fuel and other expenses, you can expect to net approximately $1,750. Of course, the more you drive, the more you can earn. We encourage our drivers to maximize their time on the road for increased financial benefits.
