Position Overview


NOW HIRING – CDL CLASS A SOLO DRIVERS


SYCS Trucking Company is hiring experienced Solo Drivers for dedicated FedEx Ground Linehaul runs out of Ellenwood, GA (Terminals 303 / 308).

FedEx Approved Driver Bonus
Drivers already approved in the FedEx system may qualify for a $300 sign-on incentive.


Bonus paid after successful completion of 90 day probationary period and remaining in good standing.


These are consistent, structured routes with daily home time and steady miles.


Dedicated Routes & Dispatch Times

Position 1***
Off Saturday Sunday ***

Birmingham , Ga  – 250 miles round trip (Monday - Friday  7 PM Dispatch P&d  + 1030 pm dispatch  Birmingham  Ga ) 2 Hr wait for live load

Average Pay $1400 weekly


️ Dispatch Schedule: 5 days  weekly ( Must Work a weekend day 2 x a month ( Sunday or Saturday based on demand )

Off Friday & Saturday **

•Panama City, FL  – 566 miles round trip (sunday 1030 pm Dispatch
•Columbus, Ga  – 222 miles round trip (Monday - Thursday  6 PM Dispatch P&d  + 1030 pm dispatch  Columbus Ga )

Average Pay $1500 weekly

Pay & Incentives
• Starting Pay $0.57 - $0.60 CPM
• Guaranteed minimum: $1000/week 
• Dedicated, consistent miles


Monthly Performance Incentives


+2 CPM Safety Incentive
Requirements:
• No preventable accidents
• No HOS violations
• No major camera violations
• No roadside violations
• Safety meeting attendance
• Online safety training completed on time


+2 CPM Attendance/Reliability Incentive
Requirements:
• No callouts
• Minimum two 6th-day availabilities monthly
• On-time dispatch attendance
• No route abandonment
• Reliable communication
• Professional workplace conduct


Year-End Bonus
Up to $1,000 based on:
• Tenure
• Safety
• Attendance
• Professionalism


️ Requirements
• Minimum 3 years CDL Class A experience
• Doubles/Triples endorsement REQUIRED
• Must be approved by FedEx (1–2 week process)
• No felonies (per FedEx compliance requirements)
• No accidents / tickets within last 3 years must have a Clean/acceptable MVR & safety record
• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements, including drug testing
