CDL-A TEAM DRIVERS – GUARANTEED PAY + HOME TIME – MELBOURNE, FL
Tired of unpredictable pay? We offer set earnings per run, consistent schedules, and guaranteed home time so you always know what you’ll make and when you’ll be home.

5-day run: $1,250
7-day run: $1,880
8-day run: $2,020
Monthly team bonus 1600.00 monthy
Part per diem (save ~$5,000/year tax-free)

Job Responsibilities
Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently as part of a two-person driving team.
Transport LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight on dedicated over-the-road (OTR) routes.
Complete multiple pickups and deliveries according to assigned schedules.
Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is safe and compliant.
Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and other required transportation documentation.
Comply with all DOT regulations, FMCSA requirements, and company safety policies.
Secure and protect freight to prevent damage during transit.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding route updates, delivery status, and any operational issues.
Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer service standards.
Work cooperatively with a co-driver to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe driving schedule.
Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, delays, or safety concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the company in a courteous manner at customer locations.
Follow designated dedicated routes while meeting delivery deadlines and performance expectations.
Support company goals by maintaining a strong safety record, reliable attendance, and consistent performance.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Must be at least 23 years of age.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required.
Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience required.
Previous team driving experience preferred.
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight experience preferred.
Clean driving record with the ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Skills

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements.
Excellent time management and route planning skills.
Ability to operate commercial tractor-trailers safely in various weather and road conditions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills for working with a co-driver.

Ability to safely inspect, secure, and transport LTL freight.
